Refund & Return Policy – URJA’S COUTURE

At URJA’S COUTURE, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and fair return and refund process.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Returns are not accepted for customized or final sale items unless defective.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@urjascouture.in within 2 days of receiving the product.
  2. Mention your Order ID and reason for return.
  3. We will arrange a reverse pickup or provide you with return instructions.
  4. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we’ll proceed with the refund or exchange.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
  • If paid via COD, refund will be processed to your bank account or UPI as per your choice.
  • 30% Advance is non refundable

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is subject to product availability.
  • If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
  • For prepaid orders, refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
  • 30% Advance is non refundable
